The incessant advancement of a certain nebulous substance has facilitated the overturning of a ones place digit from an eight to a nine. This remarkable display has increased my propinquity to the beginning of a third decade by approximately 365 days. The intrinsic quiditty of this said substance is of a most precious sort, however not enough to justify such robustious demonstrations as most often accompany it's augmentation. One would think that a certain amount of intelligence might also accompany this phenomena as a quid per quo, in compensation for the other favors it so freely bestows. One would think, I suppose, if one actually possessed the aforementioned intelligence. Instead, the common victim of such ruthless "progression" becomes nothing but a hapless spectator who is unable to carpe diem as it were. Conversely, the day seems to do all the seizing. Psychologically, this bouleversement of seizures is potentially quite disconcerting. It is physically inconsequential however, except in which ways the psychological may impact the physical, which ways are not all certain, except for such trauma as is introduced to the cerebral cortex and other related parts of the brain, which may at oft and various times expedite a glitch in that previously mentioned system of control, such that it is unable to complete certain ordinary tasks, while exacerbating the situation by taking others to extreme and unnatural lengths. ¶ 9:24 AM
