Top of the morning to you! This is time and temperature. (In a sappy voice.) The time is nine minutes after four, and the temperature is real cold--about 38 degrees outside I think. (If you're a math major, you might be able to figure out how long it took me to write this.) But then, why would you want to know that? I've been working since 2:00 am, and have one more hour to go. Business has been slow this morning. Not many people gallivanting about during the wee hours. Just a few insomniacs, wandering about--doing things they should've done long ago--like homework and laundry. (I'm a fine one to talk.)...But why would you want to know all that either? I could get all philosophical about why you might want to know, about your love of useless information, your inherent curiosity, or your penchant for wasting time, but I don't have the energy. Besides, why would you want to hear philosophy? You get enough of that in class. So what
do you want to hear? What will it be? What grabs your heart and turns it inside out? Maybe someday I'll find out. For now you're stuck with this.
